Registration Information

Ladies, we would love to have you join us for our annual fall retreat. (ages 18 and older) It will be on October 25-26th at Summit Grove Camp in New Freedom, Pennsylvania. Our focus this year will be on getting to know each other and learning together how we can rest in the Lord in the midst of our busy lives. It may only be about 24 hours, but it is always full of laughter, fun and growing. We ask that each woman complete a separate registration form so that we have individual information. We are excited to be together again this year! Please see important details below and answer all of the required questions. Thank you!

Registration and payment deadline: October 13th

Carpooling: Be at the church at 6pm on Friday, October 25th to leave. We will return to the church around 7-7:30pm on Saturday, October 26th.
(possible carpooling for Saturday only attendees will be determined after the close of registration)

Cost: Due October 13th
*Please put cash or check made out to The Alliance Church in an envelope with your name and place in Darla Amig's mailbox. We ask that you do NOT put your payment in the offering. Credit card payment is available for an additional fee. 
Friday & Saturday - $65 ($66.95 if paying by credit card)
Saturday Only - $25 ($25.75 if paying by credit card)

Bring:
Bible, pen, weather appropriate clothes/jacket, comfortable shoes for walking, toiletries, medicines, games, snack to share, $ for possible excursion to the Shrewsbury Market. (bedding and linens are provided)

Room arrangements are probable double occupancy and possibly triple.

I understand that possession and/or use of alcohol, controlled substances (drugs, etc.), or tobacco products (including smoking cigarettes) is strictly forbidden while on camp property. No pets are allowed in the resident/retreat camp areas.
